Name the difficulty

You gave the difficulty a one-character name: Kan.

In the most conspicuous part of your office, there is a scroll hanging on it with a "ridge" written on it. No one knows the meaning of this word, but you do. A few years ago, the company you created was faltered because of an unexpected lawsuit. You are depressed. That day, your father came and sent this handwriting. He said: My child, to put it bluntly, this difficulty is actually a hurdle. Do you think there are hurdles that cannot be overcome in this world?

I named the difficulty a two-character name: spring.

One day, a student I had taught before came to me, always talking about how he is in a bad situation now and how difficult it is. Between his words, I inserted a sentence: Difficulties are like springs...He didn't wait for me to finish and said: If you are weak, it will be strong, if you are strong, it will be weak. After speaking, he laughed and never mentioned it again. The word difficult.

He gave the difficulty a three-character name: stumbling block.

He is a friend of mine. Once, I called him and asked what he was doing recently. He said he was moving rocks. I was taken aback. I thought to myself, why would he be a computer software developer? It turned out that he was developing a software and had failed many times, but he insisted on not giving up. He said: Give me some more time and I will remove this "stumbling block" soon.

We gave the difficulty a four-character name, called: A piece of cake.

That day, the company's CEO called a meeting of all employees of the company. The company received a large order, and the workload, which would normally take three months to complete, required us to deliver it within one month. The boss knows that this is by no means an easy task, but it must be done from the perspective of company development. At the meeting, the boss asked, how? Can it be done? We will give up the order if it is really not done. This is what all our employees say: No problem, it's a piece of cake.

There is no uniform standard for difficulty. If you think it is a hurdle, it is a hurdle. Sooner or later you will pass this hurdle; if you think it is a spring, it is a spring. Loss of elasticity; if you think it is a stumbling block, it is a stumbling block. After you move it away, you will immediately show a wide road in front of you; if you think it is a piece of cake, it is a piece of cake, you will definitely Have full confidence in it to eat up a few big stutters. Of course, if you have to think that the difficulty is the difficulty, then you will almost certainly feel helpless in the face of this difficulty.

What's more, there are many difficulties in this world that are not originally difficult, but only because we think they are difficulties in our hearts, they become difficulties. In fact, as long as we don't take the difficulties seriously in our hearts, not only will we avoid encountering many difficulties, but even if we really encounter difficulties, we will have enough strength and courage to overcome them.
